We may collect: - Account & identity: name, email, company, role. - Subscription & billing: plan, transaction references (billing handled by our payment processor). - Product telemetry (optional): app version, feature usage counts, error/diagnostic events, device/OS info. - Support data: messages, attachments, screenshots you submit. - Website analytics (cookies): page views, referrers, approximate location (city-level), session IDs.

MBI can connect to your own databases. Your business data remains yours. We process only what is necessary to provide the Software and services you request.


3. How we use data (purposes & lawful bases)

  • Provide and secure the service (contract): authentication, licensing, updates, fraud/abuse prevention.
  • Billing & account management (contract/legal obligation).
  • Support & troubleshooting (legitimate interests / contract).
  • Improve MBI (legitimate interests): aggregate/anonymous analytics and diagnostics.
  • Communications (legitimate interests/consent): onboarding tips, release notes; marketing only with consent where required.
  • Compliance (legal obligation): tax, audit, law enforcement requests.

4. Sharing & processors

We use trusted service providers (data “processors”) to operate our services, for example: - Hosting and CI/CD providers, - Error monitoring/analytics, - Payment processing, - Customer support tools.

Processors only act under our instructions, are bound by contracts, and implement appropriate security. We do not sell personal data.
